I have been in the beauty industry for 8 years. I absolutely love making my clients feel their best self and love connecting with so many beautiful souls. When I’m not behind the chair I’m usually hiking with my husband or snuggling with our two pups. I’m so excited to share my little oasis with all of you beautiful people! My Hours: Monday- 1pm- 8pm Tuesday- 1pm-8pm Wednesday- 8:30am- 2:30pm Thursday- Closed Friday- Closed Saturday- 9am- 3pm Sunday- Closed (Fridays are a flex day and must be approved to book, Every other Saturday is closed) If you are a new client or haven’t been serviced by me in 2 plus years please email me @ shannonhowie2291@icloud.com to set up a virtual consultation. To ensure your salon experience is tailored to perfection, reach out to me via email or text the Saturday or Sunday prior to your appointment and communicate any specific take-home product needs, additional services you’d like to include, or any adjustments you’d like to make to your hair. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations within that 24 hour period will result in a fee of 50% of booked services.
No call no show:
Failure to cancel or not show up to an appointment will result in a 50% fee of booked services.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may reschedule your services if they can not be completed in the remaining time. A partial service may be completed in place of your full service. For example, you could leave without being blow dried.
These policies are put in place to protect my small business and to respect the time of my other guests. Any questions or concerns please reach out. Fees may be waved for emergencies, sickness, etc. at my discretion. Thank you!
